Create and edit pages
Compose a page from registered sections and preview real URLs before publishing.
Pages combine a route with an ordered list of sections. The name identifies the page in the editor; the path determines its public URL. SEO is configured separately.
Create a page
- Open the site's Content view and select Pages.
- Choose the create-page action.
- Enter a descriptive name and a path such as
/summer-sale. - Choose an existing page as a template if you want to copy its content; otherwise start blank.
- Create the page, then add sections from the site's component catalog.
The path must start with / and cannot contain .., a backslash, or a leading //. A template copies content; the new page takes the name and path you entered.
Edit and preview
Select a section to edit its fields. Add, duplicate, remove, or reorder sections to change the composition. Fields are generated from the components registered by your development team.
For dynamic paths such as /products/:slug or /categories/*, enter a real parameter value in the preview controls. A literal :slug is a template, not a product URL. Check the result with representative products or categories.
Changes save to the working branch. Review the desktop and mobile layout and follow Publish changes to promote the draft.
Avoid unexpected shared changes
A copied page can still reference saved sections shared with other pages. Before editing a header, footer, or other reusable section, check whether you want a global change or a local copy. Reusable sections explains the difference.
